New Rescue Cat Mara Available for Adoption!

New Arrivals are in today including Mara, one of the latest rescued felines that is ready for their forever homes! We have updated our cat adoption listings in our rescue database, so please take a look to see if there is some cat jazz waiting for you! It is difficult to see Mara's calico markings in her pictures as most of her colors are on her back and the back side of her left ear, however she is a true calico in all the ways which count! This little short-haired calico is one of six rescued kittens that we saved from being killed at the pound simply due to lack of space when her litter had been dumped there. Mara is estimated at 9 weeks old as of October 1, 2010 and she hopes to find her forever home soon so she can forget about her past and move on into a bright new future with someone who will always cherish her.

Mara is up-to-date with vaccinations, has been treated for any medical needs, given preventative treatment for internal parasites/fleas, has tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is litter-box trained. Now she just needs a forever home!
